For many years Gail has worked in a business environment, which has been fast paced and stressful at times.
When Gail’s family were growing up she made the decision to return to study. She has always had a passion for human behaviour. This passion led her to take a degree in Psychology. This was a challenge for Gail as she was juggling working, studying and being a mother to her two children. But it was a challenge that gave Gail a deep sense of achievement.
After Gail graduated, she started to research the application of Hypnotherapy. She found that Hypnotherapy was helpful for many concerns and indeed, has helped many people. It was this discovery that sparked Gail’s interest in the subject. Gail completed her training and graduated with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Gail has experience of working with all ages; she draws upon a range of Therapeutic Models according to an individual’s concern, or what they wish to focus on and achieve.

Gail is a fully qualified therapist; she holds a Bachelor of Science degree In Psychology along with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Gail also holds memberships with three professional associations. The British Psychological Society, The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and the National council for Hypnotherapy. She is also registered with The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council and holds professional insurance.
